General appearance and style: Her 5’6” frame is often seen in a crisp lab coat inside her laboratory workspace, and layered over her signature button-up shirts and semi-flowy slacks. In rare occasions, Skye can be seen in skirts and dresses once in a blue moon, leaning to a more boyish and masculine style. Her hair always up in a messy bun, especially during analysis, her face donned with light makeup and a rose gold metal-rimmed glasses (she has a poor eyesight, to be fair). She has a distinct mole almost by the tip of her nose and one under her left eye.

• The Story Behind

Being the youngest of the three in the Fuentes-Cervantes household, Skye was raised to exude perfection in most aspects—though lesser than what her sisters had initially experienced. Her mother, a chemist and an owner of a certain skincare brand of her own creations, and a father, a manager in a known local engineering firm, the eldest sister abroad as a Lead Researcher in the Microbiology field in Australia, the second in her latter years of her medical studies abroad—her background alone would deemed questionable especially when she pursued her undergraduate studies in the University of the Philippines - Diliman, a state university—with her esteemed social status, and took up Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Some people would gossip that she had used her connections (read: her father being a part-time professor in the Los Baños Campus), but she had proved them wrong as she showcased her knowledge, her strived learnings with class and humility. She luckily finished her degree on time and with flying colors (Magna cum Laude) in 2024, aced two board exams in the same year. Her academic life may seem smooth despite her friendly rivalries in her batch (especially during highschool), but Skye was known to overcome every challenges thrown at her, to endure sharp words and baseless rumors from others.But the moment she had concluded her student years, she figured real challenges lie on what’s beyond chalkboards, books and reviewers. Several ties severed, tears and sweat poured over, slapping her to the reality that she’s not as good, as proficient as how people perceive her to be. That she’s just as mediocre as everyone around her. With so much losses Skye had attained a few months after her graduation and her licensures, the academic prodigy had been humbled down to the core.So many trials had come her life, and Skye was gradually figuring out how to take greater risks to attain triumph, keeping herself from being a play-safe. Further academic endeavours? Her career? Social life? Love? Rekindling relationships? Gaining connections? She was left out in her abode to figure things out on her own.
